LA BRASSERIE DU CARRÉ

Main restaurant on the first floor, with a view of the lake

La Brasserie: south-facing veranda with panoramic view of lake Léman

This large space on the first floor is stylishly decorated with a look that’s industrial, modern and authentic at the same time.
We have chosen high-quality materials such as wood, brick and metal. The solid oak floor was imported from the Orval region, near the renowned Trappist brewery that produces the famous Orval beer, loved for its aromas and delicious bitterness. The light fittings come from a Czech munitions factory and were lovingly restored by a friend. Some of the furniture was also salvaged from this Czech factory, which was destined to demolition.

It has, for example, a very long, high table that lends itself to casual dining.

It’s also ideal for large groups starting off their evening with drinks and nibbles.

You can enjoy classic brasserie dishes such as steak tartare, the carbonade flamande (Belgian stew), the Belgian meatball dish boulets à la liégeoise, mussels, perch fillets, burgers and salads.

Our fries are cooked in beef oil , giving you the authentic taste of Belgian french fries.

Vegetarians and vegans are also covered with a mouthwatering selection of meat-free and plant-based dishes.

Our homemade desserts include Belgian waffles, speculoos tiramisu, a selection of ice creams and our Chef's latest Belgian chocolate inspired delight.

Our wine and beer selection is carefully curated; we select drinks we’ve simply fallen in love with.

The veranda can seat 80 people, offering a stunning view of lake Léman and Quai Perdonnet,

It can be hired out for private events such as weddings or any other gathering.
